【 2连板安必平：并未参与瑞金病理大模型的研究与开发】金十数据2月17日讯，安必平发布股票交易异常波动公告，近期公司关注到多家媒体报道华为技术有限公司将基于华为 DCS AI 解决方案打造瑞金病理大模型，该模型计划于2025年2月18日正式对外发布。公司就相关事项澄清说明如下：公司并未参与瑞金病理大模型的研究与开发。公司于2022年5月与华为技术有限公司签署《基于升腾 AI 硬件平台的组织学病理诊断合同备忘录》，合作意向内容包括探索病理影像原生可信AI与可解释AI技术。截至本公告披露日，双方合作并未形成具体产品；公司于2020年8月与腾讯科技（深圳）有限公司签订战略合作协议，合作内容为“人工智能技术在显微影像分析仪中的应用：人工智能宫颈脱落细胞（安必平沉降式 LBP）识别算法”。目前该产品已经获得二类医疗器械产品注册证，2024年度，该产品直接销售收入占营业收入比例不足0.50%。该产品尚未获得三类医疗器械注册证，获证以及后续实际销售情况具有不确定性。截至本公告披露日，公司与腾讯科技（深圳）有限公司不存在其他肿瘤筛查或诊断相关的人工智能辅助产品的开发合作。
