消息面上，2024年11月，华领医药与拜耳正式结束了华堂宁的商业化合作，自2025年1月1日起，将2型糖尿病产品华堂宁在中国的商业化责任过渡至华领医药。2025年1月1日，华领医药宣布任命陆宇为销售与市场事业部副总裁，全面负责公司核心产品多格列艾汀（商品名：华堂宁）的销售和推广工作。
西部证券此前指出，公司第二代GKA正在美国开展I期研究，试验进展顺利，并已在美国对三组2型糖尿病患者完成剂量递增。预期主要数据将于2024年第四季度提供，以支持未来的药物开发。太平洋证券也表示，公司预计24Q4将读出主要数据，有望于2025年启动美国2期临床。BD方面，公司已积极开展和MNC的接触，有望于美国2期数据读出的前后完成对外授权。
