【上海餐饮业大气污染防治办法：禁止在住宅楼建产生油烟的餐饮项目】金十数据2月19日讯，《上海市餐饮业大气污染防治办法》（以下简称《办法》）公布。记者梳理发现，《办法》第六条提出，餐饮服务项目的选址应当符合国家和上海市有关规划、物业和环境保护等方面的管理要求。禁止在居民住宅楼、未配套设立专用烟道的商住综合楼以及商住综合楼内与居住层相邻的商业楼层内新建、改建、扩建产生油烟、异味、废气的餐饮服务项目。在油烟排放方面，《办法》第九条提出，餐饮服务经营者排放的油烟，不得超过国家和本市油烟排放标准。同时，餐饮服务经营者不得采用下列方式排放油烟：①不经过烟道的无规则排放；②经城市公共雨水或者污水管道排放。
