申万宏源则指出，2025年电自以旧换新纲领出台。2024年定位政策过渡年，2025年来随着新国标+以旧换新落地，执法力度强化是本轮政策周期最大特征，以旧换新是本轮政策周期中的纯增量，预计2025年行业销量增速15%-20%。
