【渤海汽车：与北京汽车集团财务有限公司签订金融服务协议】金十数据2月18日讯，渤海汽车公告，公司拟与北京汽车集团财务有限公司签订《金融服务协议》。协议约定，公司接受财务公司提供的金融服务，包括存款、贷款及融资租赁等，存款余额每日最高不超过5亿元人民币，综合授信额度最高不超过5亿元人民币。截至2024年12月31日，公司在财务公司的日常短期借款余额为3.9亿元，存款余额为3535.32万元。该关联交易尚需提交公司股东大会审议。
