新世界(00017.HK) 旗下北角“皇都”次轮销售将提供88伙，截至今日(17日)下午2时，项目已累收逾7,900票，超额认购近89倍，项目将于明日(18日)下午4时截票。次轮销售涉及的单位以定价计，总值约9.66亿，而折实平均呎价则为19,866元。
