智通财经APP讯，中信建投证券(06066)发布公告，该公司于2020年3月30日完成该公司2020年永续次级债(第一期)(简称“20信投Y1”)的发行工作，2025年3月31日为本期债券第5个计息年度付息日，即第1个重定价周期末。根据《募集说明书》有关条款的约定，在第1个重定价周期末，公司有权选择将本期债券延长1个重定价周期，或全额兑付本期债券。
公司决定不行使本期债券发行人续期选择权，即在2025年3月31日将本期债券全额兑付。
