智通财经APP获悉，中国香港美容产品和消费品零售商Pitanium上周五向美国证券交易委员会提交了首次公开募股（IPO）申请。该公司计划以每股4美元至5美元的价格发行180万股股票，筹资800万美元。按照拟议价格区间的中点计算，Pitanium的市值将达到1.02亿美元。
该公司以PITANIUM和BIG PI品牌销售护肤、个人护理和护发产品。该公司通过香港六家零售店以及网络销售产品。
Pitanium成立于2013年，截至2024年9月30日的12个月销售额为1000万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“PTNM”。该公司于2024年12月16日秘密提交了申请。国泰证券是此次交易的唯一簿记行。
