智通财经APP获悉，欧康维视生物-B(01477)午后涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.06%，报4.57港元，成交额1935.3万港元。
消息面上，欧康维视生物此前公告，预计2024年度实现收益为4.08至4.2亿元，同比增长65.6%至70.5%。主要由于公司完成了对爱尔康转让产品的收购及获许可产品的授权引进，显著提升公司的收益规模，以及销售其他眼科医药产品产生的收益大幅增加。
据悉，2024年8月12日，欧康维视与爱尔康(Alcon)签订协议、建立长期战略关系，收购新泪然、泪然II、倍然、爱尔凯因、历设得、赛飞杰共6款产品的中国资产，以及思然的中国许可；亦引进在研管线AR-15512的中国许可，以及爱尔康于中国的眼科药品权利的授权/出售/转让、公司于海外的产品商业化的优先磋商权。
