智通财经APP获悉，古茗(01364)涨超4%，高见10.18港元收复发行价9.94港元。截至发稿，涨4.62%，报10.18港元，成交额6503.54万港元。
公开资料显示，古茗是中国10-20元价格带内最大的大众现制茶饮品牌，也是全价格带下中国第二大现制茶饮品牌。根据公司招股说明书，截至2024年9月30日，古茗在全国共有9778家门店；2021年、2022年、2023年及2024年前三季度，来自加盟店的收入分别占公司总收入的97.9%、97.9%、97.1%、97.2%。另据报道称，古茗正在筹备于上海、南京两地开放加盟。目前，古茗已经开始在上海、南京两地招募相关团队。
德邦证券此前指出，未来公司依托于供应链和产品研发优势，通过加盟模式有望持续稳定地扩大门店网络，增加市场份额。且公司经营大众现制茶饮店业务，专注于行业预期增长最快的二线及以下城市，截至2023年尚未达到关键规模的中国内地省份合共占整体现制茶饮店市场的48%，仍具备充足的拓展空间。上市以后公司资金实力有望进一步强化。
