智通财经APP获悉，中资券商股早盘走高，截至发稿，中国银河(06881)涨4.66%，报7.64港元；申万宏源(06806)涨4.33%，报2.41港元；中信建投证券(06066)涨3.43%，报10.26港元；中金公司(03908)涨3.4%，报13.98港元。
消息面上，中国信达、东方资产、长城资产、中国农业再保险、中证金融公司14日均发布公告称，部分股权将划转至中央汇金投资有限责任公司。此外，银宝山新、东兴证券、信达证券、统一股份的实际控制人也都将变更为中央汇金。中信证券表示，随着股权划转的完成，中央汇金旗下具有重要影响力的证券公司升至8家，汇金系券商的股权调整有望推动证券行业新一轮并购。
国泰君安则指出，2月6日-8日，十余家券商宣布已完成DeepSeek本地化部署。国泰君安指出，券商DeepSeek应用场景暂时以员工赋能为主，主要影响在于能够以本地数据用于大模型推理，针对性赋能业务、提升效率。建议增持具备算力基础，同时在投顾和投研业务上更具专业能力和业务经验的券商。
