消息面上，晨鸣纸业昨晚发布公告称，公司A股、B股股票交易将于2月20日停牌一天，自2月21日复牌恢复交易并实施其他风险警示。随后，公司A股、B股股票交易的日涨跌幅限制由10%变更为5%。声明指出，由于公司生产基地实施停机检修时间已满三个月，未能大面积恢复生产，根据相关规定，公司A股、B股股票交易触及其他风险警示情形。
今年1月，晨鸣纸业发盈警，预计2024年度归属于上市公司股东的净亏损65亿元至75亿元，上年同期为亏损12.81亿元。报告期内，公司主要产品价格持续走低，毛利下降；部分融资租赁客户经营不善，出现诉讼、查封等突发情形，公司对部分融资租赁客户加大了坏账准备计提比例；受四季度主要生产基地陆续停机检修影响，产销量出现下滑，公司对部分资产计提了减值准备。
