截至2025年2月17日(星期一)下午4时正，即综合文件所载接纳要约的最后时间及日期，要约人已接获股份要约项下就21,024,150股股份的有效接纳书，占于本联合公告日期已发行股份总数约0.97%;及已接获购股权要约项下就28,175股购股权的有效接纳书，占购股权要约项下购股权总数约0.41%。
紧随要约截止后，要约人于合共1,160,994,737股股份中拥有权益，占于本联合公告日期已发行股份总数约53.71%。
紧随要约截止后及于本联合公告日期，公众持有合共 965,561,995股股份(占全部已发行股份约44.67%)。因此，公司仍符合21.3% (根据联交所于上市日期授予公司豁免遵守公众持股量规定的较低公众持股百分比)最低公众持股量的规定。
