BlockBeats 消息，2 月 20 日，据《海峡时报》报道，因盗取 420 万美元公款的前 Bybit 发薪负责人 Ho Kai Xin 拒不执行法院命令，于法院判决后花费近 84 万美元购买永久产权顶层公寓和路易威登奢侈品。
由于违反高等法院的命令，这名 32 岁的女子于 1 月 27 日因藐视法庭而被判入狱六周。
此前消息，2023 年 7 月，加密交易平台 Bybit 起诉负责公司内支付工资的 Ho 女士滥用职权，将大量 USDT 转移到她秘密拥有和控制的地址。
新加坡高等法院普通庭 7 月 25 日维持判决称，普遍承认加密货币为财产，加密资产的持有者原则上拥有普通法承认的无形财产权，作为诉讼中的物品，因此可以在法庭上强制执行。法院判决 Ho 女士立即向 Bybit 支付所有转移的款项与利息。
