国内市场方面，公司1月新开上海虹桥-阿勒泰、广州-哈尔滨、青岛-福州、无锡-哈尔滨等航线，复航北京大兴-牡丹江、兰州-叁亚等航线，加密上海虹桥-唿和浩特、上海虹桥-兰州、上海虹桥-揭阳潮汕、上海浦东-济南、上海浦东-北海、上海浦东-重庆、北京大兴-长白山、北京大兴-西宁等航线。
国际市场方面，公司1月新开北京大兴-富国岛、杭州-河内、南京-胡志明市、宁波-新加坡等航线，加密上海浦东-普吉、上海浦东-胡志明市、上海浦东-金边、北京大兴-大坂、合肥-新加坡等航线。
2025年1月，公司引进6架飞机，包括3架A320系列、2架ARJ系列和1架B737系列飞机，退出2架飞机，包括1架A320系列和1架B737系列飞机。截至2025年1月末，公司合计运营808架飞机，其中自有飞机355架，融资租赁飞机241架，经营租赁飞机212架。
