金吾财讯 | 中资券商股盘初强势，截至发稿，申万宏源(06806)涨5.63%，中金公司(03908)涨4.29%，中国银河(06881)涨3.97%，中信建投证券(06066)涨3.63%，招商证券(06099)涨3.58%。消息面上，日前，中国农业再保险股份有限公司、中国信达资产管理股份有限公司、中国东方资产管理股份有限公司、中国长城资产管理股份有限公司、中国证券金融股份有限公司均发布公告称，公司部分股权将划转至中央汇金投资有限责任公司。在划转完成之后，中央汇金公司将控股这5家重要金融机构。此外，银宝山新、东兴证券、信达证券、统一股份的实际控制人也都将变更为中央汇金。中信证券称，随着股权划转的完成，中央汇金旗下具有重要影响力的证券公司升至8家，汇金系券商的股权调整有望推动证券行业新一轮并购。分析师田良等在报告中指出，本次股权划转是对于2023年3月印发的《党和国家机构改革方案》的进一步落实。本次划转后中央汇金旗下具备重要影响力的证券公司增至8家，分别为中国银河、中金公司、申万宏源、信达证券、东兴证券、长城国瑞证券、中信建投和光大证券。后续关注证券行业同一实控人下行政化与市场化并购主线。划转完成后，中央汇金实现AMC业务集中，提升国有资本配置效率。作为国有金融资本受托管理机构，汇金分别持有中国信达、东方资产与长城资产58.00%、71.55%、和73.53%的股份。
