　　中信金融资产（02799）发布公告，公司于近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于陈鹏君中国中信金融资产管理股份有限公司副总裁任职资格的批复》（金复[2025]99号），陈先生担任公司副总裁的任职资格已获得核准。根据相关规定及如公告所披露，陈先生履行公司副总裁职务的任期自2025年2月13日起，至董事会另聘或解聘为止。
