金吾财讯 | 外媒引述消息人士透露，台积电(TSM)与博通(AVGO)各自评估购入美国芯片厂商英特尔(INTC)部分业务的可能性。若两者联手，相当于把该间美国巨擘拆骨。根据报道，博通对英特尔的芯片设计及市场推广业务有兴趣，正在与顾问研究收购事宜，但相信要在找到收购英特尔生产业务的合作伙伴后，才会出手。另外，台积电有兴趣接管英特尔的部分生产业务。两间公司均处于各自研究及初步评估阶段，暂时并不是计划联手。同时，英特尔暂代主席FrankYeary与华府官员商讨该公司作为关键基建的前景。Yeary目前仍希望英特尔作为独立公司，以改善本身营运来让投资者重拾信心。上周五有传媒报道.华府官员推动台积电收购英特尔的芯片代工业务。美国总统特朗普据说不介意外国企业投资英特尔，但不希望英特尔由外资控制。
