吉利汽车(00175.HK) 公布，已获悉母企吉利控股与雷诺签署框架协议，双方将通过雷诺巴西(Renault do Brasil)扩大其在零排放和低排放车辆开发和生产方面的战略合作，条件是根据框架协议的条款。吉利控股将投资并成为雷诺巴西的少数股东，以获得本地化生产、服务网络和管道资源。
目前，吉利汽车澄清，其并非该建议交易之订约方，且就该建议交易而言并无与吉利控股合作或向吉利控股提供融资。鉴于与雷诺合作的潜在协同效应以及拉丁美洲市场的巨大潜力，集团正积极探索不同选项(包括但不限于成为合资协议和业务合作协议的缔约方)参与该建议交易。
