智通财经APP讯，复兴亚洲(00274)发布公告，本公司与呈请人保持积极沟通。于2025年2月14日，呈请人已将可换股债券全部转让予第三方(新可换股债券持有人)，后者独立于本公司及其关连人士且与彼等概无关联，亦非本公司关连人士。转让完成后，呈请人不再为可换股债券持有人。根据本公司先前于2024年10月2日公布的可换股债券的条款修订，新可换股债券持有人所持可换股债券的到期日仍为2026年10月2日。同日，呈请人已与本公司一同签立并向香港高等法院提交同意传票，以撤回呈请。实际撤回呈请与否将视乎香港高等法院作出的具同等效力的命令而定。
鉴于案例的发展情况及预期将于适当时候撤回呈请，于本公告日期，本公司尚未向香港高等法院申请生效令，亦不再打算作出有关申请。
