新加坡交易所：传多位管理层将离职，涉IPO审批、上市合规等团队

据报新加坡交易所(SGX)数名资深主管即将离职。
《彭博》引述消息指，负责IPO审批团队的Frieda Choong、上市合规负责人June Sim即将离职。知情人士称，新交所营运及市场服务主管、前汇丰银行家Nico Torchetti也将离职，报道指，相关员工在新加坡交易所工作至少十年。
报道又称，前银行家Matthew Song 2018年加入新交所，其后上任新交所资本市场联席主管约一年，即于2024年下半年离职。
报道引述知情人士称，一直在上市合规部门任职的Eliza Tan将接替Frieda Choong担任 IPO审批主管。新交所监管部门的上市政策及产品准入主管Michael Tang将接替June Sim的职位，相关职位变更将于第二季生效。
新交所发言人响应外媒称，公司正在不断加强各个级别的人才队伍，以确保为未来做好准备。
报道指，今次调整之际，新交所部分内部人士对新加坡政府拟重振股市的努力表示怀疑。该IPO部门的业绩目标包括，将新上市企业数量由上个财年(截至2024年6月底)的7家，增加一倍以上，并防止更多企业退市。早前有外媒引述新交所员工认为，这些目标不切实际，不可能实现。
