Invictus Energy (ASX:IVZ) received approval for the Environmental Social Impact Assessment for pilot gas production activities at the Cabora Bassa project from the Zimbabwe Environmental Management Agency, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Pilot production activities include the Eureka gold mine gas-to-power project and involves gas extraction, liquefaction, and transport from the Mukuyu gas field, as well as future operations, the filing said.
Shares rose past 1% in afternoon trade Monday.
