金吾财讯 | 芯片股午后急升，截至发稿，华虹半导体(01347)涨14.23%，晶门半导体(02878)涨7.41%，上海复旦(01385)涨4.69%，中芯国际(00981)涨4.28%。消息面上，TrendForce调查显示，今年第一季度NAND Flash市场持续面临供过于求的挑战，导致价格持续下滑，供应商面临亏损困境。机构认为，NAND Flash市场供需结构将有望在下半年显著改善，包含原厂减产、智能手机库存去化、AI及DeepSeek效应等因素将推升NAND Flash需求，从而缓解供过于求的局面，预期下半年也将迎来价格回升。天风证券表示，长期来看，外部地缘政治影响带来的不确定性有望加快中国大陆半导体产业链国产替代的步伐。国信证券认为，通过与DeepSeek等国产大模型的适配，国内全功能GPU对复杂AI任务的支持能力将得到验证和优化，有助于国内AI全产业链发展。
