智通财经APP获悉，安徽皖通高速公路(00995)午前涨超4%涨4.68%，报10.74港元，成交额1286.94万港元。
消息面上，2月11日，皖通高速2025年第一次临时股东大会审议通过关联收购交易。据悉，安徽皖通高速公路1月初曾公告，拟向大股东安徽交控支付现金购买其所持阜周高速及泗许高速100%股权，交易对价为47.71亿元。
兴业证券指出，阜周高速、泗许高速区位优势明显，盈利能力优秀、剩余收费期限较长，此次收购预计增厚2025年利润约8%、1.4亿元、增厚股息率约31bp。该行表示，核心路产合宁高速 2020 年完成改扩建通车、宣广高速已于 2024 年底完成改扩建通车；宁宣杭高速、岳武高速东延段断头路打通后车流量增长超预期；拟现金收购阜周高速、泗许高速直接增厚公司业绩。
