智通财经APP获悉，甘肃银行(02139)盘中跌超4%，截至发稿，跌3.92%，报0.245港元，成交额36.04万港元。
消息面上，近日，据国家金融监管总局官网的批复初步统计，截至12月30日，年内有51家中小银行被合并吸收、57家中小银行被收购。其中逾九成的批复时间集中在下半年。从区域看，涵盖河北、吉林、山东、宁夏、陕西、黑龙江、山西、湖南、辽宁、四川、内蒙古、天津、北京等多个省市，其中银行数量“大省”河北最多，被合并吸收或收购的银行数达36家。
国家金融监督管理总局在总结2024年监管工作时也表示，“2024年中小金融机构风险明显收敛”。例如，甘肃表示，当地穷尽手段化解房地产、地方债务、中小金融机构风险，其中，监管口径高风险机构退出10家，融资平台压降94户、下降35.9%。
值得一提的是，2024年年12月，甘肃银行两次发布公告称，公司将通过公开竞价方式处置不良资产，旨在缓解不良资产压力。其中一笔6.5亿债权资产以1.2亿代价转让，另一笔债权资产转让涉及金额预亏超三千万元，且交易对象均系公司关联方，另一笔由此引发关注。
