智通财经APP获悉，中教控股(00839)午后跌幅扩大逾23%，低见2.66港元续创上市以来新低。截至发稿，跌23.21%，报2.68港元，成交额4.32亿港元。
消息面上，中教控股此前发布2024财年业绩，期内净利润同比跌70%至4.18亿元人民币，主要由于其在四川、陕西和澳洲的学校业务商誉及无形资产计提15.47亿元人民币的非现金减值损失。公司维持约40%的派息率。据中教控股此前公告，公司将于2月19日除权除息，1股派股息0.1112港元。相关派息股权登记日为2月20日，除净日为2月19日，派息日为3月26日。
据悉，高教公司历史上均有较为可观的现金分红，因而港股民办高教一直以来都是教育行业较为典型的高股息赛道。不过，当前市场普遍担忧高教行业分红策略有变。此前，中教控股宣布2024财年每股派发现金股息10.28分，连同中期股息每股派发18.77分，合计共派发约7.88亿元现金股息，约占经调归母净利润的40%。
