长实(01113.HK) 旗下沙田“名日-九肚山ElFuturo”截至2月16日累计售出219伙，套现逾33亿元。长江实业营业经理詹勋荣表示，随着政府近年不断优化及放宽高才通计划，不少高端人才考虑落户香港，有见不乏外地客查询千呎以上的三房、四房大户，为协助买家灵活调配资金，因此推出“贷易借9成按揭付款计划”。
