新浪科技讯 2月21日上午消息，联想集团宣布，执行副总裁、首席财务官（CFO）黄伟明，高级副总裁、首席法务兼企业责任官（CLO）Laura Quatela，将于2025年3月31日，即2024/25财年结束时正式退休。两位在退休后，皆获任命为联想董事会非执行董事。黄伟明还将担任审核委员会成员，Laura将担任提名与企业管治委员会成员。此项任命从2025年4月1日起生效。

　　同时，自2025年4月1日起，现任高级副总裁兼副首席财务官Winston Cheng（郑孝明）将出任集团首席财务官，现任副总裁兼智能设备业务集团和集团运营总法律顾问David Carroll将出任集团首席法务兼企业责任官。二人将加入联想集团执行委员会（LEC），并直接向董事长兼CEO杨元庆汇报。
