2025年2月21日-23日，“亚布力中国企业家论坛第25届年会”召开，复星国际董事长郭广昌出席开幕式并进行演讲。
郭广昌称，复星国际最近几年为应对挑战，提出了瘦身健体、聚焦主业，退出了一些非核心、非主业的资产。针对是否“贱卖”的问题，他称，在卖的时候我们都做到了双赢，一方面是有合理的价格，二是售出的资产与收购方能产生巨大的协同和战略价值，形成更强竞争力。
郭广昌表示，最近几年最深的感受是，“我们在做每个企业的时候，根本没有把它当成猪来养，而是当成亲生儿子和亲生女儿”。他称，“就拿南钢来讲，我们投资了二十年，就算是领养了一个小孩，二十年之后，跟亲生儿子有什么区别呢”。
