智通财经APP讯，长城汽车(601633.SH)公告，为增强产业协同性及整体竞争力，公司的间接全资子公司诺博汽车科技有限公司(简称“诺博科技”)与稳晟科技(天津)有限公司(简称“稳晟科技”)签订股权转让协议，诺博科技拟使用自有资金人民币379.22万元收购稳晟科技持有的无锡芯动半导体科技有限公司(简称“无锡芯动”)80%的股权，上述股权收购事项完成后，诺博科技将持有无锡芯动80%股权，公司持有无锡芯动20%股权，无锡芯动纳入公司合并报表范围。
