Super Micro Computer Completes $700 Million Private Debt Offering

Super Micro Computer (SMCI) said Friday it closed a $700 million private offering of 2.25% convertible senior notes due 2028.

Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes including working capital for growth and business expansion, according to the company.

The company said it can redeem the convertible notes for cash after March 1, 2026, if its stock price exceeds 150% of the conversion price.
