美国私募巨头KKR集团宣布，已同意以4亿美元收购印度医院运营商HealthCare Global Enterprises的控股权，增加了在印度医疗保健行业的投资。

　　KKR周日表示，将从CVC Capital Partners手中收购HealthCare Global至多54%的股份，并全权控制其运营。

　　两家公司表示，HealthCare Global创始人阿贾库马尔（BS Ajaikumar）将担任非执行董事长，专注于临床、学术和研发工作。

　　总部位于班加罗尔的HealthCare Global成立于1989年，是印度最大的癌症医疗服务提供商之一，拥有25家医疗中心。

　　KKR表示，将以每股445卢比（合5.14美元）的价格从CVC手中收购HealthCare Global的股票。这家美国投资公司还将开始向公众股东公开收购这家医院运营商的额外股份。

　　KKR表示，收购完成后，预计将持有HealthCare Global的54%至77%股权。
