Koh Brothers to Dispose Off Freehold Land in Malaysia

Koh Brothers Group's (SGX:K75) indirect wholly owned subsidiary, G & W Industries (M), entered into a sale and purchase agreement with an unrelated third party to dispose of a piece of freehold land at Negeri Johor, Malaysia.

The total consideration for the disposal is 81.5 million Malaysian ringgit, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The land has a total area of 5.4034 hectares and is currently vacant.

The company plans to use net proceeds worth SG$20.1 million for general working capital of the group.
