A plot for logistics purposes in Tsing Yi, Hong Kon received one bind, The Standard reported Friday, citing the city's Transport and Logistics Bureau.
The site spans 477,000 square feet with a maximum buildable area of about 2.5 million square feet valued between HK$2.45 billion and HK$3.7 billion, the report said
The plot will be used for logistics services development and public parking, the report said.
