智通财经APP讯，恒富控股(00643)发布公告，于2025年1月14日，董事会接获集团成衣制造及贸易分部财务总监通知，于2024年11月27日，借款人公司全资附属公司鹤山恒富制衣有限公司与贷款人李海峰订立质押协议，据此，借款人同意质押质押资产，作为贷款融资协议项下贷款的抵押。质押资产为质押协议项下质押的借款人的土地使用权及楼宇。
鉴于质押协议在董事会不知情及未经董事会批准的情况下订立，于2025年1月14日，董事会要求贷款人及借款人终止质押协议并即时解除质押。基于中国的程序规定，于2025年1月21日，质押协议已终止及质押已解除。
