智通财经APP获悉，万科企业(02202)盘中涨超7%，截至发稿，涨5.6%，报6.22港元，成交额3.85亿港元。
消息面上，万科公告称，公司第一大股东深圳市地铁集团有限公司拟向公司提供借款，借款金额为42亿元，借款用途为用于偿还公司在公开市场发行的债券的本金与利息，借款期限为36个月。据悉，2月18日，万科联合中信金石、新华人寿、大家人寿设立万新金石Pre-REIT基金，万科将获得约14亿元的流动资金；2月10日，万科公告称深铁集团拟向万科提供股东借款，借款金额为28亿元。
方正证券此前指出，万科管理层调整和大股东支持为公司未来发展提供重要保障，同时深国资和金融机构的支持将为公司提供更多发展空间，公司债务风险有望逐渐化解。建银国际指出，短期流动性和再融资能力的改善将为万科提供足够的时间来去库存和降低杠杆。
