智通财经APP讯，国际商业结算(00147)发布公告，于2025年2月24日(交易时段后)，卖方上海信圣物业管理有限公司与买方超越物业管理有限公司订立买卖协议，据此，买方同意购买而卖方同意出售总代价为人民币500万元的销售股权(居住主题公园(福州)物业管理有限公司100%股权)。
公告称，集团主要从事(其中包括)物业开发。于中国物业开发行业深耕多年后，集团不断探索机会透过涉足其他物业相关活动来扩展其业务范围。董事会相信，收购事项是集团利用物业开发专长进军中国物业管理的良机，可使集团的收入来源多元化，从长远来看将为集团带来稳定及可持续的收入增长。
