消息面上，阿里公布了2025财年第三季度财报。该季度，阿里云商业化收入重回双位数增长，AI相关产品收入连续六季度保持三位数增长。值得注意的是，阿里在第三季度大幅增加了资本开支。财报显示，该公司的资本开支达到人民币318亿元，环比大增80%。阿里巴巴集团CEO吴泳铭在财报会上表示，AI时代对于基础设施有明确而巨大的需求，未来三年在云和AI的基础设施投入预计将超越过去十年的总和。
摩根士丹利此前指出，阿里财报将成为用于审视国内AI投资趋势的首个催化剂，相信对万国数据会带来重大影响，因为阿里是其中国主要客户。大摩此前憧憬如果阿里巴巴宣布将加大AI相关投资，将进一步提升整个数据中心行业的新订单预期。海通证券表示，无论是从数据中心规模还是第三方咨询报告的排名，公司都处于中国IDC行业的领导地位。中信建投指出，存量消耗与高功率需求释放叠加，IDC行业有望进入新周期。
