最新的SEC文件显示，摩根大通CEO杰米·戴蒙于2月20日进行了重大股票交易，通过多个家族信托和有限责任公司，以每股约269.84美元的价格出售了783361股摩根大通普通股，交易总额约为2.338亿美元

　　在完成这些交易后，戴蒙仍然保留着公司的大量持股，包括直接持有的股份、家族信托和其他实体持有的股份。这些交易是按照预先安排的交易计划进行的，确保了透明度并符合监管指导原则。

　　本周较早时，一份提交给美国证券交易委员会（SEC）的10b5-1规则计划显示，戴蒙计划从现在到今年8月1日出售100万股摩根大通股票。

　　戴蒙的股票出售不同寻常，而且规模非常大。他上次出售摩根大通股票是在2024年4月，获得了3300万美元的收益，这也是戴蒙20年来首次出售该行股票。

　　戴蒙自2004年以来一直在摩根大通工作，自2006年以来一直担任CEO。有猜测称，他计划在不久的将来辞职并退休，这或许可以解释他今年计划大规模出售股票的原因。在过去几年里，戴蒙曾公开谈论过继任计划。
