Baker Hughes (BKR) early Monday said it was promoting Ahmed Moghal to be the company's chief financial officer.
He succeeds Nancy Buese, who is stepping down by mutual agreement, effective immediately.
Moghal was most recently CFO of the oilfield-services company's industrial and energy technology unit.
The company also Monday reaffirmed its Q1 and fiscal 2025 outlook provided during its Jan. 31 conference call, including its forecast expecting a 20% increase in 2025 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization for its oilfield services and equipment subsidiary and its industrial and energy technology unit in 2026 as well as committing to return 60% to 80% of its free cash flow to shareholders.
