智通财经APP获悉，咖啡连锁巨头星巴克(SBUX.US)周一宣布，将裁减1100个现有的支持岗位，同时还将取消数百个空缺但未填补的职位。
星巴克首席执行官Brian Niccol在今年1月的一封致员工信中曾提及，公司在进行战略调整的过程中将面临艰难的决定和选择，其中包括部分岗位的裁撤，以及未来支持团队的精简。
据悉，受影响的员工将在明日中午前收到正式通知。Niccol在致全球支持团队的内部沟通中表示：“我们将在本周内进一步公布时间安排，并说明如何妥善安置受影响的员工。”此次调整主要涉及非零售岗位的支持团队，而非门店的前线员工。
此外，公司计划在本周结束前向相关员工公布其他调整方案，包括岗位职责的变动及汇报结构的调整。值得注意的是，此次裁员决定并不会影响门店团队的运营，星巴克也将继续对门店运营时间的投资，确保顾客体验不受影响。
