　　卓越教育集团（03978）发布公告，预期集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度内的收入介于人民币10.5亿元至人民币11.5亿元之间，同比增长约114.5%至135.0%，净利润介于人民币1.8亿元至人民币2.0亿元之间，同比增长约100.3%至122.5%。

　　董事会认为有关增加主要由于（i）报告期内，集团素质化转型取得卓越成效，相关产品深受家长及学生的认可，招生人次、辅导课时较去年同期有较大幅度的增长；及（ii）集团积极推广人工智能技术在业务及管理层面的应用，在提升产品及服务质量的同时，经营管理效率也得到较大的提升。
