兴证国际全资附属公司认购总计2576万美元基金份额
2月21日，兴证国际（06058）发布公告，公司的间接全资附属公司CISI Capital于2025年1月14日及2025年2月20日分别认购总额为2576万美元（相当于约2.02亿港元）的基金参与份额。
这一认购已获得确认，并已分配给CISI Capital，代价为2576万美元（相当于约2.02亿港元），不包括交易成本。此次认购事项符合上市规则第14章的相关规定，需进行公告，但获豁免股东批准。
此次认购的资金来源于公司的内部资源。基金的投资目标是实现长期可持续的资本增值，投资策略包括投资于股票、债券及其他多元化的金融工具。董事认为此次认购将有助于平衡公司的证券投资组合，并在可接受的风险范围内带来稳定回报，符合公司的整体利益。
