复星国际董事长郭广昌回应资产退出：卖的时候做到了双赢
“亚布力中国企业家论坛第25届年会”于2025年2月21日-23日召开。复星国际董事长郭广昌出席开幕式并演讲。
郭广昌表示，这几年复星国际主动退出了一些非核心、非主要资产。“比如，我们把旗下德国私人银行卖给了荷兰银行，回收了近7个亿欧元资金。在这个过程中，很多人来问我是不是‘贱卖’，是不是把好的都卖掉了，只留下不好的？”
他谈到，“我们在卖的时候做到了双赢，一是要有一个合理的价格，另一个是比如将德国私人银行卖给了荷兰银行，二者会产生巨大的协同和战略价值，形成了更强的竞争力。”
郭广昌透露，“过去两年时间，已经主动卖了200多亿资产，境内外还掉了600多亿公开债，基本还得差不多了。”
