Leidos Says $267 Million of 2025 Notes Tendered

Leidos said Friday that its Leidos Inc. subsidiary's cash tender offer for its 3.625% senior notes due 2025 has expired, with about $267.4 million validly tendered and not withdrawn.

The notes tendered account for around 53.5% of the $500 million total principal amount of the notes, Leidos said.

Holders of the notes who tendered by the expiration Thursday will receive $998.30 for each $1,000 principal amount accepted, plus accrued interest from the last payment date, the company said

Payment for the accepted notes will be made on Feb. 25, the scheduled settlement date, Leidos added.
