俞敏洪喊话老一代企业家要分股权！
“亚布力中国企业家论坛第25届年会”于2025年2月21日-23日召开。新东方教育科技集团董事长俞敏洪出席开幕式并发表演讲。
俞敏洪表示，老一代企业家身边现在亟需具有创新力的管理者和企业家出现，我们必须发现和重用他们，并且把股权分给他们，我们必须寻找一批二三十岁的年轻人，倒过来成为我们的顾问，而不是我们倚老卖老成为年轻人的顾问。
他认为，这是因为互联网人工智能已经成为这些人大脑的一部分，所以老一代企业家相当于航船的压舱石，而这些年轻一代企业家相当于安装了最高动力的发动机。
对此，他总结：任何一种努力都在为经济发展做贡献，小到街道摊贩，大到大型企业都在为经济做贡献，而且这贡献不分大小，他们都在为国家经济发展做贡献，如果只有大企业发展而小企业凋敝，这样的发展不是健康的发展。所以我们这些年感受到的飘忽不定和我讲的这些还是有一些关系的。所以政府要尽量保持营商环境的轻松和稳定，保持经营者的安全和安心，确保调节社会结构和分配公平。
