0729 GMT - Prime US REIT's leasing activity is likely to improve in 2025, RHB Research's Vijay Natarajan says in a research report. The REIT expects to sign around 105,000 square feet of lease at Park Tower in California by 1H, the analyst notes. Enhancement of its Waterfront at Washingtonian asset in Maryland was completed in October with leasing rising to 49% from 40% in 3Q, and more leasing is anticipated in 1H, the analyst adds. The REIT's gearing and debt refinancing worries have mostly eased, and 2025 will probably be a year of stabilization before a full recovery in 2026. RHB maintains the REIT's buy rating and target price of US$0.23 on the units which are 0.6% higher at US$0.16. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
