智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，日本财团起草特斯拉投资日产汽车(NSANY.US)的计划。由前特斯拉董事会成员水野弘道领导的这项新提案得到了日本前首相菅义伟的支持。日产汽车公司的几位董事会成员了解这一举措。潜在投资消息一出，日产股价上涨逾 12%。
知情人士透露，该集团认为，特斯拉(TSLA.US)有意收购日产在美国的工厂。报道称，提案设想成立一个投资者财团，特斯拉是最大的支持者，还包括富士康少数股权投资的可能性。
在上周，日产汽车与本田汽车(HMC.US)正式终止了合并谈判，迅速结束了一项原本可能创建全球最大汽车制造商之一的合作关系。
该交易失败对日产汽车的影响尤其严重。自 2018 年卡洛斯·戈恩 (Carlos Ghosn) 下台以来，日产汽车一直受到销售疲软、产能过剩、车型过时、不受欢迎以及领导层频繁更换等困扰。
