渣打集团公布第四季度盈利超过预期，并将回购15亿美元股票。
渣打集团周五公告称，将启动新一轮股票回购计划，自2023年以来的回购规模将达到49亿美元。
渣打集团首席执行官Bill Winters在公告中表示，“我们的战略正全面奏效，成功结合了差异化的跨境业务能力，以满足企业和机构客户的需求，同时也凭借领先的财富管理专业能力，服务高净值客户。”
渣打集团截至12月的季度调整后税前利润为10.5亿美元，超过彭博汇总分析师预估的10.2亿美元。
这家主要在亚洲和中东运营的银行正在推进一项名为“Fit for Growth”的降本增效计划，预计将在多个项目上投入约 15亿美元以提升运营效率。首席财务官Diego De Giorgi称，该计划约10%的支出已在2024年完成，2025年预计将完成一半的投入。
