恒基物业代理有限公司营业(一)部总经理林达民表示，50个单位的实用面积由262至518平方呎，涵盖11个一房、23个两房及16个三房单位。扣除最高10%折扣后，折实售价由408.78万至841.23万元，折实呎价介乎15,088至16,670元，折实均呎15,968元。
首批最低售价的是第2座3楼单位7，属一房间隔，实用面积262平方呎，折实售价408.78万元，折实售价约15,602元。
